Privacy requests
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask to leave the Waitlist and stop access-related emails. Email a privacy request to info@trylizards.com. Tell us which service you used, the email addresses you supplied, and what you want changed. If you have an agreement receipt, you may include its reference. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
We may ask for reasonable verification before sharing or changing records. A submitted email or receipt alone does not verify ownership of all associated activity, especially on shared devices or when an email is reused. We explain when we cannot reliably attribute records and what further information may help.
We check the relevant Waitlist entries, agreement records, analytics and Session recordings, correspondence, and exported copies. Deletion may require provider completion checks; we explain what is completed, what is pending, and any limited agreement evidence we need to retain and why.
Turning off tracking in the app stops new collection; already captured, consented queued uploads may finish, and historical deletion is a separate request. Logging out can leave study progress on the device. Resetting progress or removing the app does not delete company-held records. Your profile and study progress are held on your device; device backups may contain copies.
